1. Agreement

By downloading or using KOCHAI Fitness or KOCHAI Women (the "Apps"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

2. Not medical advice

The Apps provide general fitness and nutrition guidance. They are not a medical device and do not replace a doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian or qualified trainer. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise or diet program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, have a medical condition, take medication, or have had an injury or surgery. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, bleeding or leaking. You exercise at your own risk.

3. Health programs

Programs for PCOS, periods, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, pelvic floor and back pain show a safety note that you must read before starting. Only start these programs with your doctor's approval.

4. Premium subscription

• Premium costs ₹99 per year (or the local price shown in the store) and removes ads.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
• Refunds follow the policies of Google Play or the App Store.

5. Free version and ads

The free version is supported by ads from Google AdMob. Ads never appear while you are performing a set. Optional reward videos can unlock bonus routines for 24 hours.

6. Your use of the Apps

You may use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Apps or their content (including exercise demonstrations, programs and diet plans).

7. Content and third-party media

Exercise demonstrations and videos are provided for instruction. Some videos are hosted on YouTube, Instagram or Facebook and are subject to those platforms' terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Apps are provided "as is", and we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the Apps or reliance on their content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
